Terms built for a clear ride.
The rules for using KuDash, written to be understandable rather than hidden in legal jargon.
Last updated: 7 October 2026
1. About these Terms
These Terms of Use apply when you access or use the KuDash website, app and related KuDash services. By using KuDash, you agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly. If a mandatory law gives you rights that cannot be limited by contract, those rights continue to apply.
2. Pre-release and service changes
Before public release, descriptions on this website can refer to intended launch functionality. KuDash may refine, add, remove or change features before or after release. Public compatibility and feature claims should reflect the version actually made available to users.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a release date, product availability, model support, App Store approval, or that a particular planned feature will be included in a released version. The waitlist is a request to receive the stated launch notification, not a purchase, reservation, or promise of availability. Nothing in this paragraph removes mandatory consumer rights that apply under law.
3. Scooter compatibility
KuDash is being prepared for KuKirin G2, G2 Master, G3 and G4. Feature availability can differ by scooter model, hardware revision, firmware, region, iPhone model, iOS version and granted permissions. A compatibility statement does not mean that every feature behaves identically on every supported combination.
Do not use commands or controls that are unavailable, unverified for your scooter, or unsafe in the circumstances.
4. Safety and responsible use
KuDash is a companion application, not a safety system, emergency service or substitute for attentive riding. You are responsible for the safe operation of your scooter, following traffic rules, manufacturer instructions and local law, and deciding when it is safe to interact with a phone or scooter control.
Do not operate the app in a way that distracts you while riding. Stop in a safe place before using a feature that requires attention.
5. Live data, maps and estimates
Speed, battery, estimated range, voltage, odometer, ride statistics, route progress, ETA, weather, connection state and similar information can depend on scooter telemetry, Bluetooth, GPS, maps, network access, firmware and device sensors. Data can be delayed, unavailable, incomplete or estimated.
Range-at-arrival, return-trip assessments, ETA and similar outputs are informational estimates. Conditions such as rider weight, temperature, terrain, wind, tire pressure, riding style, battery condition, traffic and route changes can affect real-world results. Do not rely on an estimated value as a guarantee that a trip can be completed.
6. Accounts and Cloud Sync
Some features can be used without an account, while account features can provide Cloud Sync and continuity across supported devices. You are responsible for maintaining control of your sign-in methods and for not sharing verification codes or credentials.
Cloud Sync is intended to help keep supported account-owned data available across devices. It is not a substitute for any record you are legally or personally required to preserve, and uninterrupted synchronization is not promised.
7. Third-party services
KuDash can depend on third-party platforms or services, including Apple services, sign-in providers, Supabase, mapping services, weather services, network operators and email providers. Their availability, processing and terms are outside KuDash's direct control. An outage or change in a third-party service can affect related KuDash functionality.
8. Acceptable use
You must not misuse KuDash, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service security, impersonate another user, use the service to violate law or third-party rights, or intentionally use unsupported commands in a way that could create a safety or security risk.
9. Intellectual property
KuDash branding, interface design, website content and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of KuDash intellectual property to you. Rights in third-party names, services and trademarks remain with their respective owners.
10. Availability and warranties
KuDash is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no promise is made that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every firmware or free from every defect. This does not remove any statutory guarantee, remedy or mandatory consumer right that applies to you.
11. Responsibility and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, KuDash is not responsible for losses that are indirect or were not reasonably foreseeable from the use of the service. Any limitation in these Terms applies only where the law allows it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or removes mandatory consumer rights. Nothing here limits rights relating to fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury or other responsibility that applicable law says cannot be excluded or limited.
12. Account suspension or termination
Access to account-based services may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect security, investigate abuse, comply with law or prevent harm to the service or other users. Where appropriate, users should be given a reasonable explanation and an opportunity to contact support.
13. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as KuDash develops. Material changes should be presented transparently, and an updated date should be shown. Changes do not remove rights that already exist under mandatory law.
14. App Store and platform rules
If KuDash is obtained through Apple's App Store, relevant Apple platform rules and any applicable App Store terms may also apply. Platform rules do not replace these Terms or mandatory consumer protections.
